We have (12M Contract) Business Program Manager role available. This is likely to EXT to 18M.
This will see you working on a Large-Scale System Replacement Program to replace Workforce Management and Rostering Systems with SAP S/4 Hana, plugging into SuccessFactors and Kronos.
You will be a a key player in the success of the SAP Cloud, providing both strategic support and operational oversight. You will ensure that all aspects of the project are managed efficiently and that the program goals are achieved
* This will require extensive experience in SAP Cloud (mostly) and ideally Workforce Management.
* You will require a deep understanding of how to implement a cloud solution (preferable SAP S/4 Hana).
* You will be able to manage both internal and System Integrator Delivered work.
* This requires a very strong Business Understanding and a great ability to work with business stakeholders.
* You will also be responsible for Managing Change with a focus on Business Orientated Change.
* You will be required to work with the Vendor to resolve any issues and hold the vendor to account and holding the line with the System Integrator.
Please Note: This role is NOT targeting an IT Project / Program Manager who is heavily on the Technology side - rather it is targeting a PM more on the business side with deep SAP Cloud Implementation Experience.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Business Program / Project Management Experience (Essential)
* Strong Experience in SAP Cloud Implementation (Essential)
* Strong Exp in SAP Public Cloud Implementation and Activate Methodology
* Experience in SAP S/4 Hana Implementation (Ideal)
* Deep Understanding of SAP Cloud Implementation (Essential)
* Exp managing a System Replacement Project / Program where all core systems have been replaced simultaneously (ideal)
* Strong Exp in business rollout planning and change management / change management assessment (Essential)
* Experience in SuccessFactors or Workforce Management Systems such as Kronos is desirable NOT essential
* Excellent ability to Manage Vendors and SI's (Essential)
* Proven ability to work with the Business
* Change Management Experience in terms of Business Orientated Change (Essential)
* Able to liaise closely with Technology Teams
* Excellent Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement skills
* Relevant Project Management or Program Management Certifications or Credentials.
* Ability to deliver under pressure in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
