About You
We are currently recruiting casual Youth workers who share our perception of improving and supporting the day to day lives of young people in our care. To be successful in this role, you will be flexible, tolerant, patient, organised, reliable and punctual, able to act with integrity in times of stress, and committed to young people and understanding the factors affecting their lives.
You will also need to follow policies and procedures, work a minimum of 24 hours a week, and be willing to travel to regional locations. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about collaborating with our clients for the best outcomes.

Responsibilities
1. Empowering young people to make positive and informed life choices.
2. Assisting with their daily routines.
3. Engaging and communicating with the young people in your care.
4. Assisting in domestic tasks, shopping, cleaning, meal prep.
5. Administrating medication Implementation of behaviour support plans.
6. Write detailed and accurate daily shift notes.
7. Follow organisational policies, including Occupational Health and Safety
To become a valued WorkPac employee to our clients, you will require:
* A full NSW Driver's Licence and a Car Comprehensive or Third Party car insurance.
* Current Working with Children's Check.
* 6 months of paid and recent experience as a Youth Support Worker within a residential setting.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
* Minimum Cert IV in Youth Support / Diploma of Community Services.
* Medicare Evidence of 2 COVID-19 Vaccinations.
* Current availability to work.
