About the Role Due to growth, we are currently seeking a talented HR Advisor to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing HR guidance and support. You'll work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop custom HR solutions that align with their goals and values. This is a great role for someone who wants to take all their HR wizardry and apply it in a diverse client group. This role is 3 days per week from the office for the first month, with potential hybrid arrangements after. What you'll do as a HR Advisor: Provide operational guidance on a wide range of HR topics, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.Collaborate with clients to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support their business objectives.Manage HR inboxes and administration for your assigned portfolio of clients.Coach and advise business leaders on people management best practices and effective leadership techniques.Act as a liaison between clients and our internal HR team to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance and recommendations.Support our Director with a range of L&OD projects as part of our value-adds to our clients. Skills & Experience Previous experience in an internal HR Advisor role supporting the full employment life cycle.HRIS management experience (e.g. Employment Hero, IntelliHR, BambooHR etc). Experience in managing a broad range of stakeholders and managing multiple client groups. The ability to confidently interact with all levels (C-suite through to frontline manager).Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. Sound knowledge of legislation, industrial instruments (we mean modern awards, not the musical kind) and HR best practice.
