A new Help Desk Analyst is required to join a Brisbane-based, industry leading business in a permanent capacity.
In the role of the Help Desk Analyst, your presence will be crucial in supporting end-users by addressing technical concerns, resolving issues, and promptly providing solutions to maintain seamless operations throughout our organisation.
To be the perfect fit, you should possess extensive experience in IT support and be well-acquainted with Windows technologies and Microsoft Dynamics applications.

Desired Skills:
6. Demonstrated expertise as a Helpdesk Analyst or in a similar technical support capacity.
7. Proficiency in effectively resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
8. Comprehensive understanding of Windows operating systems (such as Windows 10 and Windows Server) and Microsoft Office applications.
9. Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics applications.
10. Outstanding problem-solving abilities and analytical aptitude.
11. Customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
12. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
13. Strong organisational capabilities enabling prioritisation and management of multiple tasks.
14. Experience utilising ticketing systems and remote support tools.
