We are seeking an experienced Hotel Services Manager to oversee our catering and housekeeping departments on a full-time basis.
As a key member of our supportive team, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional patient care is delivered at Melbourne Private Hospital.

Essential Criteria:
* Highly motivated and organized individual
* Extensive experience in the food services sector
* Experience and demonstrated skills in a management role within a healthcare or similar environment
* Minimum of five years' experience in a Hotel Services role, preferably within a healthcare setting
* Food Safety Supervisor and HACCP Certifications
* Experience developing and monitoring budgets
* Highly developed strategic, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
