We operate across the retail, commercial, and wholesale segments, providing high-quality blinds, awnings, curtains, and shutters to a wide range of customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and analytical Group Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and drive performance across all areas of the business.
Position Overview:
The Group Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in driving sales performance and efficiency across all Watson Group companies. This includes both Watson Blinds and Awnings and Designer Drapes, covering retail, commercial, and wholesale segments. You will work closely with the Group Managing Director, Head of Operations, and CMO, providing strategic sales analysis, developing strategies to meet budgets, and improving conversion rates. Your role will involve monitoring sales staff performance, following up on outstanding quotes, and helping convert leads into sales. Additionally, you will identify market trends and collaborate on sales marketing campaigns to boost revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and analyze sales activities across Watson Blinds and Awnings and Designer Drapes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals across retail, commercial, and wholesale segments. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales budgets and improve conversion rates. Monitor sales staff performance on key KPIs. Work closely with the Group Managing Director to provide detailed sales reporting and strategic analysis. Follow up on outstanding quotes and convert them into sales. Identify and analyze market trends to inform sales strategies and product offerings. Collaborate with the Group CMO on sales marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales growth. Work alongside the Head of Operations to drive sales of manufactured products. Develop and refine strategic sales plans to ensure continued growth and profitability. What We're Looking For:
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. Strong understanding of costs, margins, and COGS ratios to inform sales strategies. Ability to think outside the box and provide innovative, strategic insights to improve sales performance. Proven experience in sales coordination, analysis, or a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
