Your next role:
* Permanent full time role, managing a 60 bed aged care facility
* Report into an Area Manager and have fantastic support from a Clinical Nurse Manager and two Clinical Nurses
* Manage, inspire and empower staff to excel by providing direction, support and guidance
* Identify areas for continuous improvement, implement innovative new initiatives, embed robust clinical governance strategies, and maintain compliance with aged care legislation
* Ensure the delivery of superb customer service and person centred care by managing feedback and complaints
* Develop productive relationships with external stakeholders and the community to achieve occupancy targets
* Drive funding, manage costs and maximise resources to achieve financial targets

About you:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
* Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse Manager or Facility Manager role within residential aged care
* An inspirational, collaborative and approachable leader who motivates a team to achieve a common goal
* Driven, resilient, innovative, flexible and passionate about delivering best practice care and customer service to First Nations people
* Personable, excellent communication and customer service skills, and able to develop productive relationships with all stakeholders
