About this role:
Programmed Care requires support staff to assist our aged care clients within their own homes. This role requires a wide travel radius within Brisbane's Northern suburbs, (eg, Aspley, Ashgrove, Chermside)
This position requires employees to assist with personal care, some light domestic duties and and shopping on behalf of the client.
These are day services and you will be required to visit multiple clients in different locations within their own homes.
You are paid for the full shifts and travel, including a KM allowance for the time you travel between clients. Shifts are set days and we require availability for Monday to Friday plus shorter weekend shifts.
You will need to have:
* Current Cert III Aged care, Individual Care, Disability or Community Care
* Be able to provide 2 professional references
* Experience, in an aged care facility, in home support, community role
* Your own reliable vehicle
* Vehicle Registration
* Current driver's licence, car registration and insurance
* National Police Clearance Check completed within last 12 months
* Passport and/or birth certificate (proof of Australian Working Rights)
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Manual Handling Certificate
* Current Blue Card
* Evidence of Covid Vaccination (2 minimum)
