The successful candidate will act as a crucial liaison between customers and internal development teams, resolving complex integration issues and providing expert technical guidance. Job Title: Technical Support Engineer What your exciting days will look like: Own & resolve complex integration escalations for customers. Advocate for customers, providing expert guidance & solutions. Analyze & troubleshoot platform issues with finesse. Drive knowledge sharing & process improvements within the team. Collaborate seamlessly with customers & internal teams. Craft clear documentation to empower users and boost efficiency. Continuous learning of our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform. What skills you'll bring to the table: Junior to mid-level experience working in a similar customer facing Technical support/Application support/Software support role Good JavaScript experience (ability to read/understand JS code for troubleshooting) Knowledgeable with LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication systems (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, SiteMinder etc.) Good knowledge in Web Services (soap, rest) Familiarity with Email Infrastructure (Exchange, Office 365, Postfix) and/or knowledgeable with Networking infrastructure Familiarity with relational databases & using Linux/Unix OR Microsoft Server Experience with bi-directional, automated integration between 2 systems Must be a clear communicator with excellent customer support skills Strong problem-solver with a knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues Nice to Haves (not required): Exposure with 3rd party integrations Monitoring/Logging tools: Splunk, ELK Familiarity in Data Extraction technologies (JDBC, ODBC etc.) Strong knowledge on OAuth and OIDC. Experience providing SaaS / PaaS support.
