Brunel are partnering alongside one of Australia's largest systems integrators to find an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to be part of our new team in Townsville. If you have a strong background in PLC and SCADA systems, and a 'Heavy industries' background we want to hear from you!
Essential skills and knowledge

Requirements:
* 5 + years of experience in Control Systems Engineering within the Heavy Industries (mining, oil & gas utilities etc.)
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Proficient in PLC/SCADA/DCS system design and development.
* Knowledge of industrial communications and network design.
* Experience with CitectSCADA and Schneider/Rockwell PLCs
* Valid Australian Driving Licence
* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or an Electrical Trade background.
* Proven experience in designing and programming control systems.
* Strong stakeholder engagement abilities.
