About the Role: As the Marketing Associate Manager for SC Johnson Professional’s Industrial and Institutional segment, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product growth, customer engagement and create go-to-market strategies for your portfolio of trusted hygiene and skin care products as well as NPD. Internally this position is graded and referred to as Associate Manager, Marketing Industrial. Utilising your strong digital experience, you’ll be responsible for creating and implementing briefs and executions, analysis performance and engagement against key indicators. Your influence and excellent communication skills will serve you well in this highly collaborative role as you’ll partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Support and Finance. Main Responsibilities: Create and execute annual go to market and strategic marketing plans Have full financial ownership for your segment including budgets, reporting and forecasting Product Optimisation through regular analysis and review Organise and execute key sales and marketing programs (promotions, advertising, PR, communications) in conjunction with the sales managers Develop and manage all marketing integrated programs including digital and print advertising, lead generation, tradeshow, promotion management and sales support Development and delivery of distributor / end-user product training sessions Plan, manage, execute and analyse performance of all digital marketing What You’ll Bring: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or engineering 3-5 years prior experience in B2B marketing within at least one of SCJP’s professional market sectors (Industrial, Food, Commercial or Automotive) Experience with data visualisation tools and programs such as SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Tableau or PowerBI Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing plans and budgets Demonstrated experience in Digital Marketing communications and lead generation across various paid and owned channels of communication including social media.
