Salary: Level 4, $87,712 - $92,057 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA 2022)
This is a permanent full-time position commencing January 2025
The Curriculum Priorities branch provides advice to schools and the system and leads the development of strategies, tools, professional learning, and resources that strengthen the capability of public schools and the profession. We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and solution-focused Projects and Support Officer.
The Role
The Projects and Support Officer supports the implementation of system strategies and priorities and the development and delivery of professional learning and resources that strengthen the capability of the teaching profession.
In this role you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support the development, delivery, and implementation of Department policies and initiatives. You will manage individual projects as well as work autonomously and collaboratively in providing project management support across the branch.
As the successful applicant, you will gather, record, and analyse data and program evaluations to inform future planning and reporting. You will also support and coordinate the provision of subject matter expertise to inform system responses including the preparation of Ministerial responses, briefing notes, memos, reports, submissions, correspondence, and presentations.
