The Opportunity Operations Supervisor in Cleanaway, no two days are the same! Be prepared for a little bit of this and a little bit of that from coordinating your curbside collection fleet, to OH&S reporting, preparing payroll, you will love the variety! Coordinate and schedule your curbside collection fleet to ensure all KPI's are achieved Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment Lead by example - be a people person, create a good solid work and team culture Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of site Manage and prepare detailed reports this includes toolbox meetings Lead performance management investigations and outcomes About You You ideally will have a waste background with HR Licence which would be advantageous!
