As such, they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to manage and deliver a commercial new build project on the South Coast (immediate start). ABOUT THE ROLE As a Site Manager, you will manage and deliver a high-quality commercial new build project on Sydney's South Coast. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the project site, its trades, and contractors, ensuring that the project is being delivered within the parameters of excellent WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand. DUTIES On-site construction activity management Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation Construction program scheduling Sub-contractor management SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favorable Commercial experience highly favorable but not essential Strong track record of stability with previous employers CULTURE This company believes that their greatest asset is their people.
