Your responsibilities include: Customer Service Excellence: Handling inbound calls and scheduling service requests (300 to 500 calls per week) Managing website scheduling requests Conducting customer follow-up calls Engaging in outbound customer service calls during quieter periods Tracking and analyzing advertising sources General administration support What We’re Looking For Superb Communication Skills: Articulate in writing and speaking with an impactful presence.
