RSM Bunbury are looking to add to their administration team. We are looking for a friendly, reliable receptionist to join our team. We are looking for a full-time receptionist; however, we are flexible and open to considering all working arrangements.
In this role, you will support the Administration Team with all reception and client service-related tasks.
KEY ResponsibilitiesFront of house receptionGreet clients and visitors to the Firm in a polite, friendly, and engaging mannerAnswer all phone calls and transfer to relevant staff memberCo-ordinate all meeting room bookingsMaintain meeting rooms, including IT setup, and ensure rooms are always tidy and ready for useOrganise refreshments for clientsProvide administration support to clients i.e. typing, printing, faxing, and other requestsAssist with catering for meetings, lunches, and eventsSorting, recording, and delivering mailManaging deliveries for the officeManage and maintain all services provided by reception/for receptionAd-hoc general administration duties as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
