About your new job
Working in a stand-alone role with a supportive culture, the role would suit an experienced remuneration specialist/manager.
Manage and execute the internal commission process and ensure accuracyProvide information and data to the People and Culture team in relation to team member remunerationLeadership of the annual salary review processUndertake internal and external remuneration benchmarking to support Leaders in remuneration decision makingMaintain job profiles and salary bands and update as required including providing support for job evaluationMonitor trends and provide advice and recommendationsDevelop and implement new remuneration policies, practices and programs to meet organisational needs and strategiesPrepare reports and analysis to managementProvide models and benchmarking on future changes to the performance incentive portfolioAssist with implementation and management of various internal company rewards programsProvide analysis on fixed pay increase forecasts and short and term incentive estimates to assist in planning for annual budgetsProvide advice and support to department managers in relation to commission payouts or deductionsManagement of the annual gender equity and Workplace Gender and Equality Agency reportingEnsure any changes and updates are in line with current legislationProduce monthly People Analytics and ad hoc reportsProvide data insights and develop strategies to enhance people performance and mitigate risks
About You
To be successful in this position you will ideally have exposure to the following:
A proven track record in the area of Remuneration, Benefits, and PayrollSolid understanding of annual remuneration review processes & general remuneration reporting & analyticsKnowledge and understanding of Australian employment lawStrong communication skills and the ability to business partner with relevant departmentsA proactive attitude as well as a passion for process improvementExperience with PowerBI or other visualisation toolsAdvanced level ExcelTertiary QualificationsAbility to deliver outcomes in alignment with the Company Culture
