About the Role
* Actively uphold a culture of hope by using optimistic language, supporting people and celebrating consumer’s recovery efforts.
* Provide medication services to consumers within scope of practice including metabolic monitoring and physical interventions where necessary
* Under the direction and supervision of the Senior Nurse; and where applicable, monitor physical and mental health status and provide delegated interventions to a defined caseload during a Continuing Care Team case manager’s period of leave
Classifications for this position will range from Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level 3 PE50 - PE53 ($75,826 - $80,880 per annum pro rata)
Your Contribution
* A minimum of five years post registration experience as an PEN
* Commitment to work collaboratively and effectively as part of the multidisciplinary team with multiple key stakeholders both internal and external of the St Vincent’s Health organization (including consumers, carers, family members and community agencies)
* Demonstrated knowledge, experience and ability in psychiatric enrolled nursing in a diverse range of setting
* Current National Criminal History Check, or willing to obtain

About Hawthorn Clinic Continuing Care Team
The Continuing Care Team provides specialised treatment and ongoing support throughout the week during business hours. Employing the Strengths Model of Recovery-Oriented Practice, the multidisciplinary team delivers tailored clinical and therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of consumers with a lived experience of mental illness.
