About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Metabolic Clinical Trials Unit as Administrative Officer, this position involves:
* Coordinating appointments, clinical activities, attendance at committee meetings and the scheduling of visits/visitors.
* Providing meeting secretarial support including meeting coordination, minute taking etc.
* Undertake project support functions for all studies under direction, to meet the administrative requirements of the study.
* Provide a range of accurate financial functions, transactions and procedures for the unit.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
* Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills.
* Proven extensive experience in establishing and maintaining effective office systems, practices, policies, procedures and corporate records management.
* Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to analyse problems objectively and make recommendations for their resolution.
* Proven ability to contribute to and work in a harmonious team environment.
* Experience in clinical trial administration will be looked upon favourably.
