Job Description
Our client is Australia's leading provider of digital and spatial data services. They have over 500 professionals working nationally and are well-known in their industry.
Due to an influx of projects in Canberra mainly consisting of property, infrastructure and commercial builds, they are currently seeking a Project Administration Assistant to work closely with the Project Managers and team to assist with the smooth running of all projects and general office duties.
The Role:
1. Overlooking and managing all projects across the ACT
2. Supporting the Project Managers with a variety of tasks - document control, tender submissions, financial and project analysis
3. Preparing invoices and claims
4. Liaising with clients and relevant stakeholders
5. Assist with daily office duties - managing front-of-house, assisting finance team, team meetings, etc.
About You:
6. Proven experience in an administrative role
7. Excellent communication skills
8. High organisational skills
9. Exposure to accounts functions - Greentree experience would be advantageous
10. Able to work autonomously and in a team
11. Pro-active attitude
