The Opportunity
As a Project Administrator, you will partner with the Credit Analyst (CA) team to support the delivery of our loan approval program.
Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement in the program.
* Develop and implement process improvements, including redesigning workflows and procedures using Broker Platform, File Manager and HubSpot.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
* Communicate issues with senior management.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps and procedures.
* Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
* Support brokers with various scenario tasks, including managing paperwork.
* Maintain data in Broker Platform, File Manager and HubSpot.
* Track delivery of our loan program.
Overseas Project
* Develop and implement process improvements for offshore VAs.
* Oversee projects completed by off-shore VAs.
* Conduct data analysis and benchmarking to inform business decisions.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, banking, and finance or an industrial field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in finance.
* Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
* Fluency in Filipino.
* Excellent team playing skills and pro-active attitude.
* Demonstrated experience in a CA role.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office package: Outlook, Excel and Word, Adobe, Docusign and Monday.com.
* Ability to manage large volumes of concurring documents and prioritise accordingly.
* Ability to maintain accurate record keeping and timely processing of records.
