Ideally, you have experience in an R&D environment with knowledge in managing Project Coordination. Professionals with a background in procurement and/or supply chain management in multinational corporations are also encouraged to apply.About the roleReporting directly to the Program Management Manager based overseas, your responsibilities will include:Managing moderate to complex projects with substantial R&D value, using advanced program and project management tools with minimal supervision.Facilitating chartering sessions, developing and validating network diagrams, and leading integration and compression meetings.Coordinating program control meetings, making necessary schedule changes, and providing updates for action logs, risk registers, scope changes, work plans, and cost tracking.Creating accurate, detailed project schedules by analysing data, resolving logic errors, and recommending solutions.Leading planning meetings independently and collaborating with functional teams to develop schedules and detailed activities.Providing analysis and recommendations to improve schedule accuracy, ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.Overseeing administrative planning and follow-up for program meetings, steering committees, and governance reviews.Mentoring and training Program Coordinators and project managers while managing project reports, communications, and maintaining a program website.About youYou are a skilled Project Coordinator with a strong background in managing complex projects within R&D or technical environments. Proficient in project management tools, you excel in leading key sessions, developing detailed schedules, and providing actionable insights through data analysis.
