Position: Senior Business Analyst (Information & Communication Technology) Type: Contract/Temp Location: Darwin, Northern Territory Lime Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst contract to 30/06/2025. The Senior Business Analyst(s) will be responsible for a full range of business analysis tasks including requirements planning and management; requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation; and capturing existing business processes and proposed changes. The Senior Business Analyst will support the relevant Project Manager or Director in executing the project approach and associated plan, working with the business, project team members, and vendors as required. In this role you will: Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, and manage requirements traceability. Conduct walkthroughs to validate and obtain approval of business analysis outputs. Provide business analysis support relevant to the provision of requirements support and clarification throughout a full project development or implementation lifecycle. Undertake and support testing activities including preparing and executing test plans and cases. Apply business analysis techniques and tools to document requirements, objectives, outcomes, processes, procedures, work instructions, and workflows. Deliver project documentation in alignment with EPS project management frameworks, on time, to expected quality standards as per scope and as agreed with the Project Manager. Manage sensitive information and maintain records in line with information management policies. You will have: Experience in business process model and notation (BPMN) 2.0 standard or similar. A minimum of 6+ years experience as a Business Analyst/Senior Business Analyst, including experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis/modeling, process mapping, and information analysis/modeling, planning, design, testing, and system integration, using industry standard techniques in a complex business environment. Experience mapping business requirements and processes to the functionality of a product whilst identifying gaps and opportunities. Demonstrated experience in providing a holistic, human-centered approach to the design of digital products, defining their form, behavior, and content, drawing on a range of skills encompassing user research; interface, interaction and information design; project and time management; technical writing; and usability testing. Experience in managing information requirements in line with approved record keeping and information management policies, including traceability of business requirements. High level analytical skills and organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to think laterally and conceptually. Why apply through Lime Recruitment?
