As a Program Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the administrative team to provide educational leadership within the school and the community. You will develop and promote the school's vision for academic success and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals. Using your effective change strategies, you will lead the school community to accept and develop opportunities for improved service in Student Services. You will facilitate workforce effectiveness and provide a role model for self-development to improve professional performance. As the Program Coordinator, you will manage programs, specific curriculum areas, and general school administration, including the management of school timetable processes. As the Manager of Operations, you will oversee key operational functions, including timetable creation and maintenance, staffing, standardised testing, and exam scheduling, reporting to parents, staff rosters, and information databases.
