In this diverse and interesting position, no two days are the same and you will liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, tradespeople and salespeople to ensure that paperwork is correct and tasks completed on time, which leads to smooth transactions and a strong sense of achievement.
You must be organised and have a genuine interest in real estate and people. You will assist our team and clients wherever needed; this is a very rewarding position with potential career advancement into sales.
You will need a high level of computer skills, communication skills (both on the phone and the written word), and exceptional organisational skills. You will be proactive, initiating follow-up to meet deadlines with a demonstrated commitment to excellence desirable.
This is a full-time position. Commencement can be this year or early 2025. It is a responsible role that requires leadership and common sense. You must be able to work alone and as a team player. There will be opportunities to attend ongoing training, internally and externally.
