This role will provide data management services for nominated Department systems, as well as help desk support services. The role requires an active NV1 security clearance and some work onsite at nominated Department offices.The role will also contribute to consultations on a Department-led ICT systems transformation project and play a role in supporting the transition from existing systems to updated or new ICT systems, including conducting data cleansing and implementing data migration strategies.Duties Effective management of the NCP Alumni database Provision of data analytics and reporting information Administration of the NCP alumni private LinkedIn group Support for the effective administration of the NCS Helpdesks Effective stakeholder relationship management Required Experience/skills Experience in the collection, consumption and compliance aspects of data management and data quality including administration of sensitive and personal information and management of CRM databases in a public sector context Experience in the use and support of digital and online database systems, and Microsoft products.
