Run by volunteer dental practitioners, our clinic has specialized equipment uniquely designed to treat people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities, providing more comfort and access than regular dental clinics. Our Dental Clinic Manager will work with you to schedule flexible days and times that suit your current work commitments. You can choose how many clinics to attend each year.Tasks & Responsibilities:To provide dental assistance under the instruction of the qualified dentist or dental hygienist, providing care to the clients of Cerebral Palsy Alliance. This includes general chair assistance, sterilization, and general administration.Role requirements:Current Dental Assistant certification/qualificationExperience in a dental practiceNDIS Worker ScreeningWorking with Children Check (NSW)Important information:Please let us know if you have any pre-existing injuries or illnesses which you are currently seeking, or have sought, medical treatment for which you think may impact your ability to volunteer.
