We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at the Club Hotel Collie, a lively establishment known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a knack for leadership, and the ability to create memorable experiences for our patrons and guests. Be organised and efficient. The Club Hotel is the largest Bar Venue in Collie Western Australia. Collie is currently experiencing a boom in activity.Key Responsibilities:Operational Management: Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards. This includes managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area. Adherence to Liquor Licensing regulations is essential. Would be required to cover weekend and evening shifts as part of full time role.Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders and servers. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Customer Service: Prioritize guest satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of any issues. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience.Cocktail Development: Create innovative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect current trends while also appealing to our diverse clientele. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the bar offerings.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and financial performance, including cost control, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting. Prepare regular reports on bar performance and implement changes as necessary to meet financial goals.Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
