Job Description:
About The Role:
As Regional Technology Manager, you will lead the EOS Service Desk & System Administration team, managing day-to-day activities of the ICT Infrastructure Group, including Network, Security, and System Administration.
You will work closely with the Head of ICT to ensure smooth team functioning and manage EOS IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement infrastructure projects
* Manage server infrastructure for data integrity and security
* Maintain robust data backup systems
* Collect and maintain statistical evidence of infrastructure performance
* Team management and support for Systems Administration, Network, and Security subgroup
Requirements:
About You:
As a Regional Technology Manager, you will be responsible for technically demanding tasks and have a positive attitude, being punctual and relied upon as a team member.
You will have a high attention to detail and work effectively with the team to meet deadlines.
Experience:
Substantial experience designing and implementing ICT solutions within a large enterprise environment
Ability to lead, mentor, and supervise effectively
Related qualification and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are highly desirable
Extensive professional experience working in a senior role within an engineering or project environment is preferred
