Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)Full timeWorking with a unique tech company for an initial 6 month contract period, this role offers a wonderful opportunity to lean into your end to end generalist skill set in a relationship-driven environment.About the role:Reporting into the GM – HR and working as part of a small team, this role will provide end to end support to a professional workforce of approx. 150 team members. This role is critical and will act as 2IC to the GM – HR from time to time, however its primary focus will be to ensure that the people strategy enables the delivery of organisational goals and objectives, as well as enhancing capability of leaders and team members to ensure engagement levels are strong and outstanding outcomes are being delivered.In terms of driving the uplift in capability, this role will be working closely with front-line leadership to achieve people-focused priorities, ensuring initiatives and change programs are effectively embedded into the business, and leaders to look for new and effective ways to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.Naturally as a BP, the role will provide support across all facets of the employee lifecycle, including; coaching, ER, performance management, recruitment, RTW, remuneration & benefits. In addition, the role will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to a range of people projects to enhance the employee experience.What you will bring:With a passion for people, you will have a demonstrated track record in being able to flex between holding your own with c-suite stakeholders, developing strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves and being hands-on with the implementation of initiatives and activities. With an extensive HR toolkit, traversing the entire employee lifecycle, you will be able to leverage your skills and experience in a fit for purpose way to drive positive outcomes. Ideally you have worked in well-established and high performing environments, so you know what good looks like and how to apply what you know.Naturally, you love connecting with people and have a great sense of curiosity to understand needs and then work with individuals and/or groups on the best solution that will meet those needs.
