Robert Half Technology is currently partnering with a large, global market-leader that has established a strong presence in Australia for several years through both organic growth and acquisition. Renowned for their involvement in numerous large-scale projects, with a particular focus on innovation and sustainability, they are now on the search for a Learning Management Administrator to support their SAP SuccessFactors platform with an immediate start on a six-month day rate contract.
You will have solid experience in managing the SAP SuccessFactors platform, managing the learning catalogue, managing security requests and cleaning up master data.
Experience in the following platforms:
1. SAP SuccessFactors (Essential)
2. Basic Excel experience
3. Enable Now (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
4. Maintaining the data for SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
5. Working with the internal trainers to load additional and new training items.
6. Quality control on training being requested to be entered and released in the system.
7. Process learning administration requests.
8. Reviewing and filtering out duplicate training items.
9. Implementation of new functionality as directed by the relevant SME's.
10. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role you will have:
11. A minimum of two years' experience as a LMS Administrator.
12. At least one years' experience of training administration of the SuccessFactors learning management system.
13. Exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills as you will be working with remote teams.
14. Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting issues quickly, identifying and analysing solutions in a timely solution in a timely manner, and managing competing priorities and delivering high quality outcomes within the agreed timelines.
15. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
16. Available to be in office five days per week.
