The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction and/or Services Project Manager to manage a large quantity of small to medium size hard service, fit out, and refurbishments projects in Darwin, Australia. The successful applicant will have a solid understanding and skills in Sales, Tendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Procurement, Delivery, Site management, HSEQ, Finance, and managing Client & Vendor relationships.
The Ideal Candidate Minimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment Would suit a Site supervisor looking to move up into a PM role. Proven experience of running finances on projects is desirable Demonstrable evidence of having managed a team is desirable Current Driver's licence and Car Recognised technical qualification in construction, BMS, HVAC, mechanical or electrical – Engineering background preferred Certificate III or trade qualification preferred Can we inspire you to join us?
