Skills and Experience Proven experience in a senior leadership role within complex, time-sensitive, and high-service logistics operations.Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.Strong personal impact, credibility, and gravitas, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor.Highly numerate and analytical, with strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex data clearly.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify and resolve complex challenges.Collaborative working style with a history of fostering cross-functional teamwork and achieving successful outcomes.Engaging and open-minded, with a willingness to experiment and learn from both successes and failures.Intellectually curious, with a persistent approach to identifying and addressing root causes.Experience with the operation, optimisation, and improvement of automation systems is advantageous.Exceptional attention to detail, balanced with an ability to understand and contribute to broader corporate goals.
