Job Description The Company Our client, a billion-dollar national success story on track to double growth with a clear strategy for becoming a leader in its sector, is looking for a Commercial Manager – Pricing & Contracts for their next stage of growth in Australia.The Role Reporting to the GM Commercial, the Commercial Manager – Pricing & Contracts leads a Senior Contracts Analyst to provide financial modelling of both new and existing work, as well as conducting commercial reviews of existing contracts.This role is crucial in enabling the division to make well-informed decisions regarding financial planning and contractual obligations.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modelling and analysis, forecasting, data analysis, and experience in conducting commercial reviews.The role requires highly analytical and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Responsibilities Manage, prepare, and update the commercial pricing model as required through partnering with Commercial, Operational, and Business Development teams.Provide guidelines to sales and bid teams on commercial pricing.Preparation of pricing documents for internal review, presentation, and sign-off.Participate in kick-off meetings and collation of tender and contract requirements.Proactive benchmarking data collation and industry trends.Commercial review of existing contracts for mining and retail customers.Review compliance of existing contracts with tender pricing submissions.Oversee application of escalations in existing contracts.Ideally, the candidate should be degree/MBA qualified, with CPA/CA or equivalent, possessing knowledge, skills, and experience gained over 5+ years in: Advanced financial modelling skills with demonstrated experience building pricing models in the resources/logistics/services industry.Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple assignments to meet agreed deadlines.Demonstrated success in the delivery of bid submissions.Exceptional adherence to deadlines.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.Ability to work independently.High attention to detail.Apply today To be considered for this role, please send your résumé, including a covering letter in Word format, by clicking on the "Apply" button or sending it directly to .#J-18808-Ljbffr
