How You'll Shine
This hands-on position is ideal for hospitality professionals with operational knowledge and experience in interacting with guests.
Industry experience in Vacation Ownership is highly regarded but not essential.
The Role
The General Manager ensures daily operational success of the resort, interacting with Club Wyndham Owners, guests, apartment owners, resort departments, vendors, the community, and corporate office.

* Operational knowledge in hotel departments, rooms divisions, food and beverage, revenue and yield management
* An eye for detail and analytical mind
* Ability to develop budgets and make sound decisions
* Experience in Sales and Marketing of accommodation
* Strong Revenue Management skills
* Effective leadership, organisational, and interpersonal communication skills
* An open-door policy with ability to train, coach, counsel, and develop employees
* Ability to hold Resident Letting Agent licence
