ABOUT THE ROLE The College seeks an experienced Finance Officer to join the busy Finance Team in a permanent part-time position.
The successful applicant will work collaboratively with other members of the Finance team to complete the day-to-day financial functions of the College in an accurate and timely manner.
Part-time hours will be 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and Monitor the College's Parent Accounts Assist the Finance Manager to Prepare Monthly Management Reports Work collaboratively with other members of the finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of the accounting functions of the College. Finance related tasks as requested by the Business Manager or Finance Manager Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications Qualifications in Accounting are essential. Experience with accounting software and associated functions. Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable. Highly organised. Experience with payroll is desirable but not essential.
