The Role
You will be supporting the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
• Processing Cash Receipts
• Processing Customer Adjustments
• Debtor Follow Up
• Debtor Queries
• Debtor Statement Preparation and Distribution
• Month End Reconciliations
Accounts Payable
• Processing Payments
• Creditor Reconciliations
• Invoice coding and input
• Credit / Debit Card Reconciliations
• Creditor Queries
Requirements
• Previous experience working in an accounts department
• Demonstrate high-level organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and friendly personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Patient, polite, friendly, team player
• Experience with Pronto is highly desired - however, full training will be given
