Job Title: Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager at {company}, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, known as key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and service the needs of current customers and projects.
* Develop new customers and projects alongside our Business Development Manager.
* Pitch our business to potential new clients and differentiate our goods or services from the competition's products.
* Spot trends and look for ways to increase sales performance outside of current revenue streams.
Requirements:
* Adequate amount of experience and knowledge in solution selling & Account Management.
* Experience in building relationships with potential clients via cold calls, networking and other avenues.
* Ability to up and cross sell to new and existing clients.
* Developed sales channels within desired client segments.
* Good understanding of marketing basics.
* Confident negotiation skills.
* Sound understanding of current trends and consumer requirements.
