Job Description Manage payroll operations and ensure all payments are accurate and timely. Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll and general ledger accounts. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other team members to improve financial processes and systems. Handle accounts payable and receivable duties. Perform other related duties as assigned. The Successful Applicant A successful Payroll & Accounts Officer should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. What's on Offer An estimated salary package of AUD $80,500 - $93,500 per year.
