Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

Are you passionate about hands-on work and maintaining high standards in grounds maintenance? genU is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to join our team, ensuring beautiful, well-maintained grounds for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding, and herbicide spraying.
2. Follow all safety protocols, completing Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and required permits before work begins each day.
3. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
4. Communicate clearly with management and customers about work progress and upcoming needs.
5. Maintain genU vehicles and equipment, reporting any faults promptly.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
2. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
3. Team-oriented with solid interpersonal and organisational skills.
4. A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
5. AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

About You!
You will need the following for this role!
1. NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
2. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate (WOM) or willingness to obtain;
3. Current and Valid Australian Driver’s License
