The Position
Front Desk Reception - Greet all clients in a positive manner
Monday - Friday - No weekends!
Taking calls, managing the switchboard & responding to emails
Key management
Assisting the property management team with administrative duties such as documentation and data entry
Assist with routine inspection packs
General ad hoc duties
Skills & Experience
REAL ESTATE/PROPERTY/STRATA EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
Well presented, and an eye for detail
Passionate about the real estate industry
A positive attitude
Confidence & exceptional telephone manner & customer service skills
Multi-task and prioritise your workload
