About the Role:
As the Victorian Business Development Manager at Quantaco, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and driving revenue growth. You will engage with potential clients across pubs, clubs, and restaurants, showcasing the value of our solutions and closing deals. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently while collaborating with colleagues across different locations.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Relationship Development: Identify and engage with potential clients, secure meetings, and present our value proposition effectively.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and maintain strategic sales plans designed to exceed targets.
3. Client Engagement: Conduct technology demonstrations and discovery sessions to understand client needs.
4. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of the sales cycle in our CRM system.
5. Industry Events: Attend expos and industry events to meet prospects.
6. Travel: Be prepared for travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
About You:
1. Experience: At least 3+ years of successful new business development experience.
2. Proven Track Record: Successful quota achievement preferably as a SaaS sales executive/BDM.
3. Network: A current network of relationships within the hospitality industry.
4. Sales Skills: Strong understanding of managing complex B2B sales cycles.
5. Customer-Facing Skills: Strong presentation skills.
6. Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating high-value commercial deals.
7. Relationship Building: Ability to build strong personal relationships.
8. Technical Proficiency: High degree of proficiency with technology.
9. Communication Skills: Superior verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
10. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
