Responsibilities:- Responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient telecommunication services by installing, maintaining, and repairing external telecommunication equipment and infrastructure.Duties:Install and maintain aerial lines, conduits, and underground cablesConstruct and maintain radio and mobile phone antennae, towers, and supporting structuresInstall and test limited items of terminal equipmentPerform routine maintenance and repairs on telecommunication equipment and infrastructureWork at height, and in a variety of weather conditionsLicenses Required:White Card – CPCWHS1001 (Minimum 1 Year)Working at Heights or Irata Level 1 (Minimum 1 Year)Elevated work platform (TLILIC0005) (desirable)Essential Skills Required:Strong understanding of telecommunications networks and equipmentAbility to work at heightsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsValid driver's license (where required)Ability to use hand tools and equipmentEmployment Experience Required:- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications line work, including installation, maintenance, and repairRate:$35-$45 per hourJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: No less than 8 per weekSchedule:10 hour shift12 hour shift8 hour shiftSupplementary Pay:Overtime payPenalty ratesWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
