Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Dive into risk assessments and streamline credit application processes.
Engage in open and innovative communication with finance brokers to collaborate on deals.
Transform declined applications into future opportunities by providing invaluable feedback to the broker network.
Cultivate strong relationships with our broker and third-party networks through exceptional customer service.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory obligations, including the National Consumer Credit Protection Act, Privacy Act, and Anti-laundering requirements.
Collaborate with Credit Associations and references to exchange vital credit information on clients.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, exceeding individual monthly KPIs while contributing actively to team success.

2+ years' minimum experience as a credit analyst or financial services related experience Strong attention to detail and be capable of divergent thinking and flexibility Ability to thrive meeting personal/department KPI's and enjoy utilizing your excellent customer service skills!
Effective communicator capable of building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders Qualifications in accounting, banking, or finance are looked upon favourably!
