This role offers the chance to manage a dynamic team while overseeing stock and maintaining high standards of presentation. You will also play a crucial role in shaping the customer experience, operational efficiency, and team development.This is a full-time position, with the following hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM You must be available to work at least one weekend day, preferably both, to ensure the success of the showroom operations.Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the Brisbane sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Drive customer satisfaction by fostering a service-focused culture within the team. Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organised, and compliant with marketing guidelines. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise revenue and achieve KPIs. Manage stock processes, including ordering, transfers, stocktakes, and product pricing. Conduct regular team training sessions on sales techniques, customer engagement, and administrative procedures. Oversee daily operational tasks, including reconciliations, banking, and reporting. Act as the key liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and resolve operational issues. Manage clearance sales and promotional activities, including ticketing and pricing updates. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the showroom. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members to support their development. Contribute to product reviews and provide insights on product ranges and inventory management.
