What role will you play As the Property Manager Operations (PMO), you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to all internal and external customers. In your new role you will oversee all aspects of the property including resident experience, financial management, occupancy, sales, and administration. More specifically you will: Maintaining the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation Nurture key stakeholder relationships as part of a team Optimise the financial return, and the overall financial performance of the property as outlined in the Financial Model/Budget Be thoroughly familiar with our Operating Agreements and to manage the property as per the management agreement and all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Aid in the preparation of the budget Resolve issues effectively and efficiently and apply effective incident management, including grievances and conflict resolution.
