Using Psychological First Aid (PFA) and other trauma-specific interventions and approaches to support individuals and their organisations through providing triage, one-on-one trauma support, and group sessions. About You: Experience in providing psychosocial interventions, support, and counselling. Relevant experience and a minimum of 3 years in trauma management and/or relevant consultancy services. Demonstrated ability to assess workplace issues, identify suitable intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve agreed outcomes. Passion to help people and enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance. Commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer, and personal perspective. Excellent time management skills, report writing skills, and a willingness to demonstrate a 'can do' attitude. Demonstrated ability and experience in delivering People Assist services (EAP, RRS). High-level negotiation and facilitation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver's licence and your own vehicle is a must.
