What We're Looking For

* Qualifications: Min Certificate 3 qualification in either Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability.
* Passion and Energy: A passion and energy for delivering world-class care.
* Teamwork and Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
* Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards: A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
