This role reports into the Partnerships Director. In this role you will be instrumental in driving mx51’s growth trajectory. Your previous experience in the payments and or the POS industry will enable you to work with our partners to expand our solution penetration and drive great customer satisfaction.In your role, you’ll be interacting with stakeholders across various levels and functions within the partner organisation. Your success in cultivating these relationships hinges on your adeptness at demonstrating empathy and establishing rapport. You have the ability to build trust through valuable insights, solutions and consistent delivery on promises.The role will require building a solid understanding of the key partner decision makers, their pain points, and priorities to support expanding our partner integrations. You’ll lead the commercial process leveraging the various internal teams including technology, legal and operations as required. As the process transitions to delivery, you’ll bring the appropriate level of oversight to ensure key milestones are met and identify opportunities for continued growth and optimisation with the partner.You’ll interface daily with a variety of our teams, including Product, Technology, Customer Success & Support. To succeed in this position you will need to nurture networks within mx51, as well as with key external contacts and across the industry.If you’re naturally curious, get excited about a challenge, willing to take an opportunity from start to finish and showcase grit - this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility and leadership for growth across partner portfolioGrow partner portfolio through business developmentGrow solution penetration through partner portfolioBuild and execute against portfolio plan on a yearly basisTake ownership and lead the end-to-end partner management lifecycle from prospecting through to BAULead complex negotiations involving commercial agreementsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at new and existing partnersSupport key client meetings by facilitating partner engagement to grow solution penetrationEngage with Product teams to help drive product strategy in line with broader partner needs and expectationsLead and contribute to Customer team projects to develop and refine our sales process, strategy and growth
