SELECTION CRITERIAThe ideal candidate must have:Demonstrated project coordination skills and experience in delivering assigned projects orproject tasks within scope, schedule, and budget.Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and manage competing priorities andtimeframes.Good stakeholder engagement and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships withcross-functional project teams and facilitate working groups.Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of stakeholders, including theability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to adjust interactionstyle to suit a range of business, technical and community audiences.Proven high level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience, including the ability to managepressure and change.Commitment to providing a high standard of customer service and operating within the JacanaEnergy corporate values of Diversity, Innovation, Honesty, Teamwork and Wellbeing.
